The Warwick–Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS)
The Warwick–Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (WEMWBS) is a widely recognized, validated psychometric tool designed to measure mental well-being by focusing entirely on the positive aspects of mental health. It was developed to capture a holistic view of well-being, encompassing both hedonic (subjective feelings of happiness and life satisfaction) and eudaimonic (psychological functioning and self-realization) perspectives.
Important: This resource does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Researchers and users must review the measure source, evidence, licence, population, administration, and interpretation before use.
