WHO-5 Well-Being Index
The WHO-5 is a five-item self-report measure of subjective well-being over the past two weeks. Each item is scored from 0 to 5; raw scores range from 0 to 25 and can be multiplied by 4 for a 0 to 100 well-being score.
Important: This resource does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. Researchers and users must review the measure source, evidence, licence, population, administration, and interpretation before use.
